Due to current business, Cool Solutions unfortunately we have closed our doors and closed up business effective Monday 28th September 2020.

We have been Cooling SEQ & Northern NSW for over 10 years and have enjoyed our journey and would like to thank those who supported us over the years, however after months of struggling trying to keep our head above water we could no longer sustain and recover due to enormous economic downturn in 2020. We have tried our hardest to continue to operate however due to massive financial constraints ensuring our staff were supported during COVID we have been unable to sustain the continued losses. If you have any work booked in you will receive individual email notification of the work cancellation and any deposit paid will already have been refunded over the weekend. All works by Cooling Solutions have ceased immediately and no further works will be carried out, this is a very difficult time for us all.

Your warranty, don't worry your unit if under warranty is still covered by the manufactures warranty. Please for any warranty contact the manufacture and provide serial numbers when making a claim,
